Your massage therapist will assess where treatment is needed, what may be causing dysfunction, and develop a treatment plan.  The treatment itself may involve some deeper techniques if indicated for your condition.

Therapeutic Massage

The purpose of this gentle treatment is to help you relax: calm the nervous system, relieve stress and promote a sense of well being.

Relaxation Massage

for children 2-12 years old

Touch is essential to a child's development and sense of well-being.  Therapeutic touch stimulates the body in positive ways to help it grow and develop, while reducing stress.

Massage (2-12yrs old)

Smooth salt stones, from the Himalayan Mountains, are used throughout this healing treatment.  Warmed Himalayan salt restores balance to the energy pathways while replenishing your body with vital trace minerals.

Salt Stone Massage

For this grounding treatment, heated basalt stone are placed along certain areas of the body.  Your therapist will also use the stones as an extension of the hand, to melt away stress and ease muscle stiffness.

Hot Stone Massage

This ancient healing art uses negative pressure to pull up skin and underlying tissue into a cup.  It can be used to release fascia and muscle restriction, draw out waste from tissues, bring in fresh circulation to an area, move lymph fluid, and break down scars while enhancing collagen production.

Headache scalp massage with Chelsea

A gentle neck massage & facial cupping to encourage circulation and lymph flow, with a locally crafted blend of apricot oil, jojoba oil, geranium, rosewood, coriander, roman chamomile, palmarosa, lavender, ho, lemon, ylang ylang, jasmine, and vit E
