The purpose of this gentle treatment is to help you relax: calm the nervous system, relieve stress and promote a sense of well being.

Relaxation Massage

Your massage therapist will assess where treatment is needed or what may be causing pain.  They'll perform some tests to see which soft tissues are causing trouble and develop a treatment plan.  The treatment itself may involve deeper work if indicated for your condition.
